My wife and I just moved into these apartments in March. When we arrived for the first time at our new apartment, everything looked just like the model did on our tour. In the first month we did have a problem with the A/C. It didn't seem like it was cooling down our apartment. We called the office and the maintenance was in by that afternoon to fix it. Since then, we've had no problems.

I've read some of the other posts and am kind of amazed. I've had no problems with noise from our neighbors and everyone seems to be very polite and friendly that I meet. Parking at times can be a little bit of a jam, but then again, I haven't lived in one that hasn't so it isn't a big deal.

For anyone interested, this property is very nice and I'd recommend it to all of our friends.
