I was the first one to move into this apartment and am still a current resident. I have had many problems. The biggest problem is with insects. I have had a problem with crickets dropping from vents in the ceiling and comming in from under the foundation where the floor meets the walls behind the cabinets. I also have had two scorpions and countless spiders crawling around this place. I have brought up my concerns with the staff but little has been done to solve the problem. All the staff has done to solve the bug problem is have a bug person come in and do whatever they do. What really needs to be done is seal this place up, I think these apartments were put up extremely fast so as a result, the quality of work suffered allowing many gaps for insects to get into your home. Safety is a concern, my motorcycle was stolen from the parking lot. The power goes out it seems once a week and the slightest rain storm will leave you in the dark. The parking spots are tiny, you can't open your door without touching the car next to you, and the car ports I would not recommend because of the space. Lastly, if you live below someone, you can hear every step they take. I do not recommend living here.

You live in Texas, insects are EVERYWHERE. This was a very pleasant apartment complex to live in. The staff is especially pleasant.

no, but I am the owner and top notch is correct. In a "developing" area when you have lots of construction going on bugs will be problems. In texas they are a fact of life-period! I have a custom home that for the first 2 years was impossible to control the bugs, its better now though. we offer unlimited pest control vists for each tenant, plus monthly preventative service to all Buildings. please call shelly if you have continuing problems so we can solve this for you!

typical that owner would sound so arrogant. come on, you do not sound like a professional at all. is that how you talk to 44 percent of your tenants who would not recommend you.
