I wrote a comment when I first moved in. I was happy with the apartment for about the first 2 weeks. Any problem I had, management was on it. I guess after you live here for a few weeks your not on their list for satisfing. I have had a problem with insects, such as webworms, roaches, and spiders. The noises from the people upstairs are terrible; enough to wake you up. These are just regualr noises from walking around, but the insulation is so bad you can anything. The parking is terrible. Get ready to walk to your apartment because you will not find a parking spot close enough. I am thankful that I have a military clause to get me out of this lease.

sorry to hear this. As new owners I can say that we offer REGULAR pest treatments and UNLIMITED individual vists for each and every apartment if needed. All you need to do is call the office and schedule an appt. and they should be out within 1-2 days. I DON'T KNOW IF THE PAST MANAGEMENT COMPANY (MONFORD MGNT.) EVEN DID THIS!!! Based on our problems we had to deal with after the sale I doubt they could even read or write!!!!Marc m (owner)

Thats nice to hear that the owner is so professional to talk about the previous management. After all he owns/manages all 2 properties. One is schertz and one is san antonio. So that clearly makes him so responsible.

Marc - Having worked for MONTFORD MANAGEMENT for 6 years I can honestly say, YES, they do know how to read and write. I personally have a Bachelors Degree, so I know that I can read and write. We did offer regular pest control and left the property 97% occupied. I am not sure what problems you had after the sale, but I do not think it is very professional for the owner of the property to post negative remarks about previous management. Your response is very petty and childish.

sweet pea, you have NO idea what your talking about. the only thing that is childish and petty is your attempt to say something you know nothing about. your most likly one of the old mgnt's employees here that were part and parcel of the mess they called an office. good thing they didn't keep you on! oh yeah, your also a f'ing internet troll!

I've been a resident here since 7/05 and the only issue with pests were ants in the kitchen area when I first moved in. The previous management offered pest control every Monday, all you had to do was ask for it.
