I read through some of the comments and thought I would share with every one the sense of urgency our Legacy staff has here regarding the gates in our community.


In Aug/06 we had a severe thunderstorm that knocked out the right exit gate near building 11.
Today is 03/04/07 and the right exit gate has yet to be repaired.

I have lived there for 5 months now and I think its sad that they expect us to follow all the rules but they cant fix a security gate for over a month.

I feel your pain! gates are always unreliable and break easy due to car strikes,lightning etc... We will always try our best to get them fixed asap. sometimes our hands are tied if the repair men don't come as promised.
My gates in the high-end community in Stone Oak where i live had the gates out for 3 weeks one time. It WAS irritating too me as well and I understand your feelings. Hope we can do it better than the past mgnt. company did!!!
