We had an apartment on hold...the "big" one with three bedrooms...Oh my gosh...SMALL. Three bedroom apartment' Three bedroom closet would be more like it. Their floorplans are very misleading. There was no way our household goods would have fit in there much less have space to turn around and think. If you need small, it may be good for you, but at their prices compared to their size...way way overpriced!!! We are renting a three bedroom place that is over twice the size of that little tiny place for only $25 more a month! There are better places out there folks...plus they want you to pay extra for a parking space!!!! For what they charge everything should be included plus tehy should cook you dinner every night...keep looking!! Also, many apartments require you going thru a building maze to find your door and are nowhere near parking...I bet unloading groceries there is just a dream. HA!

There are 2 different size 3 bedroom floor plan and you pay extra for parking if you choose to have a garage or car port parking. Parking is free!!!! There are only a total of 3 apartment complexes in SCHERTZ. And the 3rd complex just opened in the last year. I have lived in the complex for 3 years and I love it here. The only flaw is that management has changed a few times. Which is beyond our control. Maintenance is prompt, grounds well kept, pool clean, and fitness center always available for usage.
