Overall, I enjoy living here at Legacy Oaks. The staff is great, the price just isn't so. I feel that the apts are overpriced, but then again I chose to live here and pay that price. Parking is horrible, thats why we have to buy the covered for and extra 25 a month, haha. Nothing really horrible to say, lots of Schertz Police live here so it works out in a good way because if you get pulled over just mention your a neighbor and you might get a warning. The trash is pretty nasty. One compactor for the whole complex isnt too great, especially when you find out how nasty and lazy your neighbors can be. If you do decide to live here just make sure you know that you will HEAR people above you and beside you. But its not that bad of a place to live, everythings close and the people are friendly.

yes, the trash compactor is not kept clean and gets very nasty and so full. you can smell it.
