I lived at Legacy Oaks for 14 months until I married. The staff was very courteous and responded well to any questions I had. I lived on the 3rd floor, so noise was not an issue. The unit I rented was a good unit and I had no issues throughout that 14 months. Parking is always tight in any apartment complex and I recommend renting a carport to insure a place to park close to your building. This was my first experience with an apartment in 25 years and it was a good one. I strongly recommend the complex to anyone.
