I love the complex. Lived here for 3 years. Excellent community to raise your kids. No play ground, but clean pool, club house, gym, and laundry facillity. Maintenance is very prompt. You pay for where you live. Point made, location location, location. Noise free community. Tenant turn around is a little high due to the complex is about 4 miles from the millitary base and new home developement. Tenants come on millitary assignments or rent while their homes are being built. Parking is free unless you chose to have a garage or carport. Animals are welcome with a deposit. I really like the complex and SCHERTZ. Excellent school district. My daughter graduated from Samuel A Clemens HS. The HS is the top HS in the state.
