I would not recommend this apartment complex. We paid high for our small apartment. 1) The parking is bad - and they tow frequently, which is annoying at 3 am when the tow truck noise wakes you up. 2) 3 cars were broken into within a few months we lived there. 3) We cleaned the apartment for 3 hours after moving our stuff out but was not refunded any of the deposit, plus was sent a additional BILL. 4) We had numerous problems with our AC not cooling enough.

I disagree. I've lived here for about a year and I don't think I've ever seen someone get towed once. I've heard about it, but only because someone parked in a covered spot who didn't belong there. I live on the side across from the leasing office and I never have trouble finding parking...unless I come home very VERY late, then God forbid I have to walk an extra 20ft to my apt.

I lived there in 2007 and it was a great place. Had no issues. Recently signed another lease to move back. Good people and management. the parking is no worse that others, and I had no issues getting the one thing I had repaired done in a timely fashion. Looked at the brand new apartments behind Burlington coat factory on Loop 1604 & lookout road, Pricing higher, No more parking than Legacy, and no covered parking available. Nice but no bargain.

I am a current tenant of the complex for the last 3 years. Have never seen or herd of any cars being towed. If any cars have been towed, I assume that tenant parked under another tenant's carport. There were couple car breakings, but that can happen in any complex. I would recommend the complex to anyone. Great school district!!! Samuel Clemens HS is one of the top 12 high school in the state....

I am a current resident and I have never seen anyone get towed. The only reason I would move would be to buy a house. The location and staff here are great.

there are too many things that keep coming up. yes there are satisfied people but too many other issues to feel totally safe. better off going to another apartment complex with a higher rating. towing, trash, and security deposit theft are serious problems. better safe than sorry.
