While being a decent place to live. One thing to note is the train tracks noise is preety bad but talerable.

Several key points need to be pointed out.

While the kitchen Appliances where new/good condtion the electical some/my apartment was sub standard or in need of a major rewiring.

The Hot Water heaters are not up to code and are on the carpet.

the nice is talerable but get roudie, genneraly mgmt. does keep an I out for trouble but does not really have anyone for a onsite mgmt when they are not there.

But overall I find that the apartment are in generally very good shape mgmt is friendly
and maintance personel does eventully get the job done.

I would recommend this Apt complex only if the mgmt continues to bring the up keep and bring the complex up to code, without killing off people with the rent rising much past where it is. 395 is well adiquite for a 1 bed room apt.
