Sebastian Apartments is a great place to live. I have no idea why these people posted these comments. I lived in these apartments for over 4 years and never had a problem. The maintenance guy always fixes thigns correctly and if the AC breaks or theres a plumbing problem then someone is out to fix it within that business day if not within the hour.

The manager and staff are always professional and very nice to me when i enter the office or call. The grounds are very well kept, no trash and grass/lawn care is always done. No bugs or creepy crawling things. Very clean units.

The parking can be a bit odd but everyone always parks infront of their own buildings and you never have to walk from other parking spots, sometimes people dont get the ones they want right away but parking is still under control. The noise is never really an issue, sometimes you can hear noise if you live near the road but thats just normal everyday kids coming home from school noise.

The playground is fine for what it is and its only due to kids breaking the equipment that it became how it is. But those people are long gone and with a new swing area its starting to be kept up. Laundry room is always clean and never overcrowded. Vending machinese are always stocked. Even the mail man is nice.
