EM Realty is very Poorly Managed Company and the mgmt will not cooperate with you ... they are arrogant and forget Legacy Oaks Apartments 58% Recommended Mar 27 2008: I lived at Legacy Oaks for 14 months until I married. The staff was very courteous and responded well to any questions I had. I lived on the 3rd floor, so noise was not an issue. I live in the 2 bedroom and the floorplan is very roomy and as a girl, i love Sebastian Apartments 0% Recommended Dec 17 2007: Me and my family have lived here for a 3 years but it was only do to financial hardships. This place I wouldn't even recomend a dieing dead dog to live in. The grounds are decent half the time.
