poor parking, trash pile up, noisy neighbors poor parking.....have to park on other side many times. trash piles up and is not cleaned up at dumpster. dumpster is on othe side of street. they allow noisy tenants to continue without regard for the rest of tenants. Same with dog owners.

Don't Move Here .... Floor Plans do not match interior of apts way too small.
When it comes to your deposit ... be prepared to fight!
EM Realty is very Poorly Managed Company and the mgmt
will not cooperate with you ... they are arrogant and

good place but parking is bad First of all it is a nice place to live and close to malls and right off of I-35. the parking here sucks cause they are tight fit. Also sometimes you have to park farway from your apartment, and there where sometimes that i had to walk aleast pasted to apartment
