My wife and I have lived here going on 5 years now. These apartments used to be a nice place to live but since MBS took over their management about a year ago, things have hit an alltime low. Noise levels are ridiculous (loud music, drunk idiots outside, etc) even though we have a "courtesy officer" that allegedly lives on the property (Seabrook PD). Maintanence is practically non-existent and the work that they do complete is extememly sub-par. The current office staff makes you feel like stupid if you have a concern. An example of this recently is that we reported (3-26-04) an area outside the fitness center that had vomit on the sidewalk. The would not be a major concern to us but we live underneath the fitness center and must pass this mess every day. As of now (4-5-04) it has not been cleaned up even after talking to the staff and the corprate office several times.
We enjoyed living here as of a year ago and now we are counting the days until we leave. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!
