..."what a joke"

Management at the very least. This morning I received a notice on my door asking for the $20.00 late fee that I refused to pay due to their irresponsibility. After negotiation of my lease, I had them agree on the 5th as my deadline before late charges on my rent. They were supposed to have changed that. Of course they didn't.
Anyways that's besides the point. I left a $20.00 bill inside an envelope, attn. Forrest Cove apt. for Vicky (i.e.. MANAGER).
I know I am supposed to either write a check or money order, but at 8:30am. when I am supposed to be at work at 9:00 in Houston, I did not have the time nor did I care. As I handed my money to the Supervisor of MBS management (some lady name Bruce,) I was rudely treated like a criminal. "You are supposed to hand me a money order or check, are you going to remember from now on," WTF!!! I'm only paying this because I do not want problems. Remember the time they didn't pay their electricity bill and our half of the apartments were pitch black for 2 weeks. Or the Tanning beds, pool table and mountain bikes we USED to have. As I said, what a joke. It's more like a concentration camp rather than a nice place to live. Any ways It shouldn't take 4 days to fix a dish washer!

My recommendation, there is better out there.
