The management is terrible. The grounds were left untouched for months. Amenities, such as the Pools, Mountaing Bikes, Fax, Internet and Pool Table were taken away without any notice to the occupants. Phone calls were made about no electricity on the outside of the buildings so people could see at night and a lot of burglary's were happening because of this. Nothing was done. Beware of the dryer vents. You can read about that story doing a search for "Forest Cove Apartments". Also, the rates for the apartments are NOT FAIR. I was friends with a lot of the tenants with the exact same 2 bedroom as I had, and the rates varied from 550 - 850 dollars/mo. UNREAL.
