I have lived here 2 1/2 years and in that time I have seen this place go from great to ghetto. It started with a gym, pool tables, tanning bed, sauna, nice pools, working facilities, volleyball court, mountain bikes, business center and playground. Currently we have a gym with poor equipment,no pool tables, no tanning bed, two pools with lights hanging out, algae, no drain covers and frequently too filthy to swim in. We no longer have mountain bikes or tanning bed either. We do have a volleyball court, but no net. The playground has not be checked or upgraded in who knows how long. They only partially pay their venders so the power is out at times to some of the buildings, including the laundry facilities and security lighting to the buildings. The media/business center is nonexistent. Well, for the most part, so is the management, nonexistent and useless with no concern for their residents. This place is absolutely awful. The only compliment I can give is to poor Frank, the maintenance man who tries to fix everything he can because the company won't call in pros, but there is only so much you can fix with spray paint.
