Ignorant, rude, ghetto trash...
That is what management has come to within the past year and a half.

We have lived here for 5 1/2 years. Management the first 3 1/2 years was outstanding, now it is ghetto trash that revolves about every 4 months. Each time we see a new face we tell them they won't last a year, they insist they're not going anywhere any time soon...WRONG.

All of the lights illuminating the front office were torn down (it's pitch black at night when checking mail).



The entry fountain lights were never repaired.

Landscaping around the formerly beautiful lagoon pool area has been severely neglected.

Lights in lagoon pool were changed from white to green.

Now, the lights in the pool are non-existent.

There used to be a beautiful view of the pool area during the day, but especially at night with the beautifully lit water, and the decorative lighting around shrubbery and trees. It's gone now.

The pool is frequently algae infested.

Tanning beds and mountain bikes were taken away.

The three treadmills in the fitness room don't work (neither does the TV).

Lights in the parking lots are frequently out.

Pot holes haven't been repaired.

Walls and floors are paper thin.

Units share a common attic where dryer vents are, and they are frequently clogged, causing longer drying time, hence raising electricity rates.

Management decided last year to send an officer (or wrecker) around the parking lot to look for expired registration and/or inspection. Those with "unauthorized" vehicles were given a warning in the form of an orange sticker plastered to their vehicle's window for "safety" reasons.

We decided to renew our lease two years ago (or five managers ago) under the agreement that we would get new appliances and new carpeting (it was last replaced in 1994), we picked out which carpet we wanted, and that's as far as it went. The new management had NO record of such an agreement.

They've started to put tacky signs out front that say things like, "2 months free rent, win a cruise." Trashy people have moved in as a result.

Stay away from this place. Stay far far away!! We're leaving A.S.A.P.
