Forest Cove Apartments

Looks are Deceiving From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Since moving in several months ago they have gone through at least 4 managers! They have yet to send the maintenance man to make any repairs, yet with every visit to the office and every letter/request sent it's always, "we'll have someone there tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. When touring the complex they made everything seem so nice, they show you the pool in the daylight when you can't tell that the pool lights don't work and are only half secured. They walk you by the fitness center however they neglect to mention that there is no light in there at night time or that half the equipment doesn't work. They give you this big spill about how to properly document any maintenace concerns on your "move-in inventory" then once you've turned it in they misplace it, as if it never existed. They run these great move-in specials so you feel as if you're getting a real bargain only to realize later you've been suckered for what they charge! I would not reccomend this complex to my worst enemy.
