Unlike some on this forum, I've only lived here since July of 2003.
Since then I've experienced the excessive management turnover. It's like a ferris wheel, and the carnies running it.

When I moved in I was paying 720 a month for the large one-bedroom (got ripped-off). My friend (what I thought) Ellen was the assistant manager at the time, the one who closed us on the lease, promised that she was giving us a bargain. If so, how was I able to negotiate my second contract all the way down to $540.00 a month' WATCH OUT FOR THE MARK-UP, it's in every apartment.

WHAT HAPPENED TO CRIMINAL CHECKS!!!!
I cant tell you how many mornings, or evenings that I've walked out my front door to see two/or more police cars down at the end of my complex. It's like a halfway house for 16-20 year old drug addicts, without the supervision. Where's our "on the property police officer'" maybe down the street at the gas station eating donuts with all the other cops'
It's like they take anything that comes to their door.

DOGS!!!!!!

I dont hate them, nor their owners, just please, please for the love of god, pick up their crap! I am so tired of walking on the grass re-enacting Vietnam with all the mine fields, especially when my car is parked a 1/4 mile from my door because of lack of parking. Do not move under anyone that has a dog, or horse (applies to my upstairs neighbor, looks more like a midget horse than a dog), you will hear noises all night much similar to a Drum solo at some rock concert.

because these morons, instead of tearing down the existing wallpaper and re-painting my bathroom, they painted over the wallpaper before I moved in. I should tear it off and patent it as an invention. ""LAZY PEOPLE PAINT,""

If you are the scum of society leaching off my Tax dollars with horrible credit and a Criminal history that makes Charles manson look like a saint!!!!
