This place is horrible.I don't think there is enough room here to list everythinng.There are numereous vacant apartments due to rude management that don't care who they rent as long as they can get a sucker to move in.The apartments are full of mold which they will not take care of; the pools are full of brown or green water, vacant apartments left open, some without doornobs so anyone can go in; dead animals left to decay on sidwalks or snakes crawling on grounds including stairs, human waste on ground because sewer lines are left uncapped; no garbage dumpsters at times because they didn't pay there bill, There have even been times when the complex didn't have electricity in the office,or around the complex, again because the office didn't pay their bill;forget trying to park in the lot when it rains hard as it looks like a ocean then. They have had so many managers in the office the last year that it's a standing joke "if you don't like the management, wait a week and the management will change;if you report that there is domestic problems taking place in your complex and you are concerned they reward you by moving in a group of druggies to keep the domestic problem people happy!! They were offering $500 for referrals. We suggest you check with some of the current residents before you commit yourself. This will save you a whole lot of headaches. There are people moving in, then breaking their lease to get out because they are so dissatisified with the management of this apartment complex. If you do decide to move here all we can say is good luck and welcome to Hell's Nightmare.
