Around 11/20/04 I reported I had no hot water. I looked in the water heater closet and noticed the drywall was soaking wet & moldy green & pink. The repairman figured it was a leaky water heater from the 2nd floor apt. I asked if I needed to inform the office of the new problem - need drywall replaced, he said no, that he would take care of it. Well, here it is Dec 13, 2004 and still moldy green & pink in the water heater storage room. On the same weekend 11/20/04, I still had no hot water after repairman left - the office lady said I should bathe in COLD - yes COLD water. Oh, it was 68 degrees outside and I'm sure SHE has bathed in cold water before - yeah right!! I've called in the moldy room twice (that's 1, 2 times) and still no repair - just rude rude office personnel. I called just a while ago at 5:20pm and was told the manager was in when I asked for her. Then all of a sudden, "she just walked out the door". Go figure. No one deserves to be treated as I have after I have been a wonderfully quiet resident for about 5 years now. Things have gone from very good to very bad in less than 60 seconds since all the new management teams have come in - no wonder there is a constant rollover of personnel at the office.
