I probably live in one of the nicer apartments on the property( large corner overlooking the pool) When we moved in all of the apartment buildings were being reshingled and repainted. This seemed like a sign of good maintenance. It ends there. The rent price that seemed reasonable when we moved in is now totally outageous. If we actually sign another lease it will only be if we can negotiate our rent way down. When we moved in there was a pool table, tanning bed, and moutain bikes availble to residents. The pool gates were locked at 11 pm to reduce disturbances and there was an officer walking the property. These things are all gone. Rumor has it that various staffers stole the amenity items. The office staff turnover rate is unreal,new staff about every 4 weeks. The construction is so shoddy, the drywall is crumbling. The cabinets and drawers are all crooked. The windows and doors are not insulated. Our electric bill has been outrageous for the size of the apartment, reaching $200 in August. On and on.....
