I wouldn't wish this place on my worst of enemies!

I may not have lived at Forest Cove as long as some, but I have seen enough to sympathize with any complaint. Their power has been shut off more than once where the lights in the parking lot did not even work, we had no dumpsters for a whole week because they were repoed, and they will not repair anything unless you have the time and patience to repetedly plead with them to do it. A couple of months ago we had a flea problem that was due to a resident that should never have been allowed to move in. The power was shut off with a grown rotweiler inside and the office did nothing about it despite repeted notifications and requests. They said the fleas were something that was just happening everywhere. Funny thing is that when the resident left, the fleas left. We have had many managers in the past year, but this new one takes the cake! More than 20 calls to the Police Department because the "management" decided to come in and steal property from residents without notice. I work in a professional manner and I know how to treat people, the new manager does not seem very professional. She is a very rude lady who has all of her excuses pre-planned. That says to me that she is used to having to give excuses. I don't know about anyone else, but I think it is absolutely my business to know WHO is in the office and not just that there is a body in there taking up oxygen. Other's in the business probably would think it to be uncommon to have a different manager every month. I don't think you have to be "in the business" to see that. It would be nice if someone at the corporate office would do something about this slum. Three years ago there was a waiting list to move in, now it is a shock to see someone new move in. I wish I hadn't moved in here, and I can't wait to get out. I definitely would not wish this place on my worst enemy!
