If you were not laughing out-loud at the "Manager's Response" you must not live there. GEEZ! An industry that changes it's workforce every few weeks is normal'!'! Yeah, maybe if your part of the Mafia! Ever heard the old saying that consistency is the key''' Maintenance requests are a courtesy'!'! HAHAHA!!! If a staff is there to assist it's residents, then why is it so hard to respond to a request by phone call' And why would a resident give wrong information' THEY LIVE THERE!!! It's been their address for who knows how long. Maybe you should get some staff that can read and write! I'll say that maybe you're right about the "upset resident review" thing BUT CAN YOU BALME THEM''' They give YOU their hard earned money and you treat them like crap...I'd be pissed off too! I challenge you to answer this one question: Do you as a manager live on the property like the staff in 2001 used to' If you do not live there you have no room to talk. If you do live there and you really feel that it's a great place to live, maybe you should go steal some more Paxil and Prozac from another apartment. Or better yet, move some of your family in there and show them how "great of a place" it really is. I'm sure that they will over-look the muggings in a dark parking lot as they're coughing from lung disease as they swim in a green pool! BUT HEY!! YOU said it's a great place!'!'!
