When I get depressed about being broke after making my house payment, all I have to do is read these reviews and thank God I'm out of that --------!!! I lived there for 5 1/2 years and it was great until MBS took over. That management review is full of crap! That place sucks! To all unhappy residents, DO follow up on the Attorney General's website. You have rights and e-mail Marvin Zindler. We did and Channel 13 contacted Forest Cove and told them to get their ---- together because there have been too many complaints about that property. Also write to the Houston Apartment Association, some of them will refer you to an attorney if you need one. Our sympathies are with all of you who are living in Apartment Hell.
