I last visted this site several months ago when I was concerned about the downward trend I thought our community appeared to be taking. I thought what I saw here was perhaps only disgrunteled rats wanting excuses to jump ship.
I NOW KNOW THAT THEY WERE NOT RATS! They were folks just like me that could find enough misery in the world outside of their front door, they did not need to come home day and night and be subjected to the "Evil Axis" that managed our commuity.
As much as I wanted to believe "things will get better", instead "things" have decayed at a rate you vitually see before your eyes EVERY DAY. The old saying "there is a light at the end of the tunnel" applies perfectly here, however the light is not one of redemption, IT IS AN ONCOMING TRAIN!

At the rate residents now come and go (mostly go), the management service (MBS) might be better off turning this place into a cheesy motel and just charge by the night. By doing this, residents ,current and potential, will all be on the same page knowing full well what to expect from the beginning.
