This place is overpriced and the maintenance sucks! We have lived here for a year and we are still waiting to get the valve for our washer fixed. The office staff is very unorganized and scatterbrained. When we moved here, the complex had great amenities like mountain bikes and a tanning bed. Two weeks later, they were gone. We also received a very sketchy water bill from Floirda! We have always paid our rent on time (if not early) and we feel like we are still being treated like crap. It seems like they are hurting for money since the very minimal lights around the complex were shut off for a period of time due to nonpayment. They have changed management recently and the new people are even worse than the people that came before! Whatever you do, do not move here!
