Forest Cove Apartments

Sad Situation From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I've lived at Forest Cover for over 3 years -- an I was very happy when I first moved there. MBS eventually began managing the property, and when that happened, the quality of the property went downhill very fast, and sadly continues to go downhill. As mentioned in some of the other comments, some ammenities were discontinued. That, to me, is not a big deal. However, the quality of people they began accepting at the complex left a lot to be desired. It's no wonder that almost half of the apartments are currently VACANT. On top of everything, managerial staff comes and goes with the wind -- and you never know when it's someone new. This makes working on problems difficult because people are unaware of previous situations. Particularly when security is in question. It would be nice if residents were informed of a management change. The property is a nice area, it is well-maintained on the exterior -- not so much on the interior (which is a shame). If you are looking for a place to live, I'd consider Forest Cove, but make sure you get one hell of a special. They're hurting for tenants. Get your money's worth.
