I have lived at Forest Cove for 13 years and I want to say to those disgruntled residents-get a life, quit running people off! The more people that live here the cheaper our water bills are, the more money the MBS folks make to spend on the property. Have you truly looked around lately' I will have to say that the grounds are kept extremely clean! Have you actually went to the office to have a civil conversation with the manager or are you one of the ones in there cussing at her like you are trailer park trash' The new manager has been here 3-4 months that I am aware of and seems to really have it together. She is always at work, I have seen her there at 4am still in her business suit and heels. GIVE HER A BREAK! Forest Cove didnt go down over night, how can you expect her to fix it overnight' The pools are blue every day, the dumpsters are still here, and by all means we still have water,and airconditioning, and the laundry rooms are immaculate. I have never seen sewage or mold. If you dont like Forest Cove then move out and let the manager get people in here that will think things throught before they badger her and the property every day- have you tried to work under the stress you residents give management- its no wonder they have changed staff- quit running them off!!! The new manager is great! She lives in a home, not a trailer like you refer to and not in the previous police officer's (that was worthless) apartment. The mainteneance man is very nice and the groundkeeper lady has been here more years than most of you, I think she said 11 years. The manager has more years experience as an apartment manager than most of you have been alive! Why dont you pay your rent on time, keep your area clean, and you will probably never here a peep from management. Did you get those nice valentines hearts on your mail box' Did you love one put it on boxes- no it was our great staff that needs our support. Did you bother to say thank you when you got yours, I did! GET A LIFE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT ALONE SO THEY CAN MANAGE INSTEAD OF REFEREE OR PLAY POLICE, CONDUCT YOURSELF AS A PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL DO THE SAME. Do you really think the city would let the apts be the way you claim they are' There's your clue!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK NEW MANAGER! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I am about to move into these apartments at the end of november and I'm glad that someone had something good to say about them. From what I seen they are beautiful. Some people are just really rude. When I went there today a lady was saying to not move in cause of all this stuff and my mother said "move apartments"! LOL! I though they were a good price cause I went to 6 different places and all 2 bed 2 bath were 700 and more. I cant wait to move!!!!
