I live @ Forest Cove for 3 years. It was great until MBS took over. There seemed to be high turnover with management. The pool remained dirty for a long time because they didn't have anyone to clean it or could not afford to pay someone to do it. Outside lighting remained turned off for long periods of time which was a hazard for anyone living on the second and third floor. I have been out of the apartment for close to 7 months now and still have not received my deposits back. Each time I visited management which would be on a monthly basis, there was always someone new,, they didn't have a clue of what needed to be done. The Corporate office told me they could not find in their system that I ever lived there but they sure knew what bank to go to, to cash my rent checks. I had to provide a copy of my lease, which everyone leasing now, please keep a copy!!! Someone wrote earlier for everyone to get a life and stop harassing the management team, obviously this person has not dealt with moving out. I hope they never do, especially with MBS. If they think they management is doing such a great job, then why don't they go down there and help them get organized. I hope with the new management they bring things around but at the moment I have not seen that.
