I was not looking for this website, but happened upon it while searching for the management office phone number. I've lived in several complexes over the years and this is by far the most poorly maintained and managed for the rental price. The grounds and apartments seem nice if you don't look too closely, but it is a deception. I appreciate that the managerial staff is frustrated and just trying to do their job. However, all of the reviews are true. I have not defaulted on my lease and this is not retalliation. The fact is, this place is run like a slum. There are other complexes in the Clear LAke waterfront area that are better choices.

You are so right...it is run like a slum because the owner (Michael Smuck) is a slum-lord. Send him an email - its easy to find if you have access to the right search engine...msmuck@mbscompanies.com
All of his properties have mostly bad reviews...there must be some truth to what we are saying if it there clealy seems to be a pattern, huh???
