Every promise made has been broken. Dirty, stained torn carpet and they refuse to replace. I moved in 3 months ago and I just recieved a water bill addressed with the wrong name. I have made all repairs myself, after 5 visits to the office, 3 notices, 1 complaint to the Houston Apartment Association and 1 to the city of Seabrook, 1 think in my apartment was fixed. The pool has not been cleaned since I moved in and the staff has lied each time I have asked. Do not let your kids swim in the pool as they are not cleaned weekly! No lighting and it is dangerous. One of the buildings burned down! They probably set it on fire for insurance money because you know they are not going to put it back into the complex. I will not be renewing my lease and I will be taking them to small claims court for all the things I fixed myself and all they things they said they would fix but have not. It is cheap for a reason because they are desperate for tenants. If I can find a way out of my lease, I am going for it!
