It started at move in and has gotten no better. After one year, I still have no screen on my patio door. The pools are disgusting and not maintained. The lights between the parking lot and my builing have been not working/burned out for over 60 days now; making it very dark and unsafe late at night. I provided my 30-day's notice for the end of my lease and the management lost it. They want to take legal action to make me continue paying rent because they lost my printed, dated letter, that I personally handed to an Forest Cove Employee.

I moved in during Dec. and after I read this I was really nervous. I cant say for most of the complaints that they are wrong...but this one is wrong. The pools are blue all the time. I haven't ever seen them green or even murky. And the lights in the parking lot haven't been a problem. Nor is parking.

When we first toured the apartments the 2nd pool (not the one by the office, they keep that one looking nice to attract potential renters) WAS green and murky.. we were told the filter was broken but it stayed like that for a month or so after we had moved in. Lights go out around here all the time and hardly even get fixed. The first 4 months we didn't have any lights, in our parking area/walkway.. good look trying to find your key and get it in the door in pitch black!
