Been here for about 8 years. This use to be a wonderful place to live, now it is the GHETTO!
If you ever wondered how those "nasty" apartments get to be that way, well I am seeing the transformation. I have not had cold water in the kitchen for 9 weeks now. I gave up trying to get them to fix it. My light bill is over $300.00 a month for a one bedroom!!! They won't look into that either.

30 more days in this crap hole and I'm out.

I live in Bayberrytree, owned by MBS and my issue is no hot water. My electricity bill is enormous for a 739 sq ft apt. I have asked numerous times for them to check the a/c and vents in my room because my room is always sweltering and it's not facing the sun. I've been asking since 2001 when MBS bought them. I think all of us need to come together and do something. I plan on moving next year to a house but for the time being I'm not moving. I chose Bayberrytree because it was a diverse community when I moved there but after about 1 year all the non-------- Americans started moving out (I'm ------- American, by the way). I like my apartment but now the community itself is not safe. The gate has been broken since summer 2002 and now potholes are forming on the property because so many people are able to just drive through as they please.
