Forest Cove Apartments

Soooo Many PROBLEMS!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have been living in these apartments since January of 2004. When we first moved in I could not believe how nice the apartments and grounds were. I though we were getting a steal for the price we were paying!! Then we moved to a 2 bedroom in the same complex in August of 2004 and that is when it feel apart!!! We were trading management about once a month and no one new what was going on from month to month because none of the same people were in the office. Our big problems started in August of this year...we resigned for one more year and were to get one month free of rent and we chose August. One the 3rd of August we got a notice on our door saying we were late on rent. We went down and talked to the office and they said they would take care of it. On the 10th I come home to a bar across my door and completly locked out of my apartment!!! My dogs were locked inside and I could not get in due to not paying rent on my FREE MONTH!! I called the after hours and they did nothing!! Then we got in the next day to our tv, golf clubs, and dvds being gone!!! They brought back our stuff with a chip in our new tv. Then Sept 16th we had water running into our apartment from upstairs and I called after hours answering and she said she would page the maintence. That was at 6:15 on Saturday and I had to call them on Monday because I still had not heard or seen anyone!!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
