my wife and myself live in the forest cove apts currently and can not think of one thing good to say about the complex. the maintance in the complex may as well not even be there there is a tree which has been down for about three weeks and is blocking a walkway. We have turned in request to the mang. for prolbems we are having and have turned in the same request each week that we have lived here and nothing is done. And now we have no water due to none payment of the bill to the city of seabrook, the mang. says they have overnighted a payment and the city says they have not heard from the apts. and I can see no reason for the city to lie to me but the apts. on the other hand I can see that. I have asked to be released from the lease and if need to will get my personal attorny involved but hope that is not going to be needed.
