Lived here for the past year and we have had 6 different managers! Maintenance is a JOKE--we have NO RUNNING water right now due to nonpayment by the management company--they owe $15,000(according to channel 2 news) old, non-grounded electrical, water leaks, pest problems, filthy carpet, TONS of A/C problems, horrible and filthy pool, FITNESS ROOM--REALLY' The list could go one for years---DON"T LIVE HERE!

Well I know how you feel because I live in Bayberrytree also owned by MBS and we have had no hot water for weeks. I can personally attest to having water problems since 2002. I cannot believe they are trying to blame Hurricane Katrina for their incompetence saying since the office is in Metairie, LA records were lost. Well I told my family they would use the hurricane to cover up their crap and sure enough... It just amazes me that MBS is still even around. I read that another property they own have water issues all the time too. It's sickening and with Katrina victims in all the other apartments it's going to be hell to find somewhere else to live

****Please check the las ventanas ratings**** You guys arent the only ones with tons of problems with MBS. I live in las Ventanas and we have been having almost the exact same problems that you guys have been put through(were just praying that the city of Jersey village doesn't turn off our water!). These guys are crooks plain and simple. Please take a look at the the ratings and message boards for las ventanas on this website and you can get a broader idea of how widespread a virus this company is. (We have all done our research since they took over 4 months ago). I will give you one of the main reasons everything sucks, they are broke and not one vendor in this area will come out to fix anything, because this property is strictly on C.O.D with all vendors. So please take a look at Las Ventannas to just get a scope on how crooked and worthless these people are. Thanks, MJ
