I wrote the oroginal post. I have never lived at FC but read about it when the water was shut off. Anybody who lives in an MBS property should know that along with their cheap rent, they will get crap quality. You get what you pay for.

ur right jakabe. so why do these people keep complaining? move! there are so many LEGAL ways to get out of a lease. First write a "certified letter" wait for 7 days after they receive it, send another "certified letter" 7 days after that u can legally get out...
