An "Inside Note" - It Isn't Just Residents Getting Screwed!

My husband worked for this company for only a few months. They never get out any work orders on time, etc. etc. Even our own make-ready (which we had to do ourselves) could never be finished because he was always working overtime which was useless anyway because a certain manager (who had drug issues from my understanding) decided that work orders could pile up and it wouldn't matter whether they were done or not. Anyway, long story short, on several occassions he didn't recieve his check on time. And on a few other ocassions, they couldn't CASH it because they didn't have the FUNDS! Seriously MBS owns a LOT of properties, you would think that there would be money to pay it's employees... Just thought you guys should know it isn't just the residents that are having a hard time. Ever property my husband has worked for, we have lived there and shortly after the manager had moved on site as well... their make ready is ALWAYS more important that any work orders or other make readies or even landscaping and pool cleaning for Chrissake... remember the tree that fell in the pool area after Rita' HOW LONG was it sitting there' It wasn't important!!!
