Who needs them! MBS has done nothing for their long term residents...High rental rates, no repairs, units are left dirty after residents leave. Management seem to be accepting applications from anyone and everyone...the class of people living there now is more like Section 8! My 2bd 2Ba cost me $795 now you can get it for $499.00 My new neighbors have 3 Pit Bulls, they leave them out in the patio with dog "doo" everywhere, or have them locked up in the apartment going crazy and fighting! And management does NOTHING. The place as gone to the pits! Or should I say the @ its!

just for ur information...i am a single mother of 3 kids from LA and i havent had an a/c since ive been here (for 5 months) AND the dog upstairs has urinated on everything that was on my patio (all of the things that i have gotten my kids for christmas (a tent and a patio set and 2 lounge chairs) which of course i had to throw away....so why dont you get to know us before you tell us to JUST GO HOME....my kids and i happen to be very decent people and thanks to people like you...we wish that we could go home, but our house was destroyed and will take time to get another one.....and trust me we CANNOT wait!!!!!

I am not trying to be rude, but I am from Louisiana and your comment is extremely harsh. How could you complain about petty things (dogs) when there are people that have lost EVERYTHING? You are truly an unappreciative person. You are no different or better than us. How would you feel if you were in our position? And by the way, I filled out the SAME application as you, so if you have a problem with my class then you also have a problem with your own. I qualified in the same manner you did, so GET OVER IT! And I too (like the previous responder) am a decent person so I hope you will not have to experience the hardship I have. I do not wish that burden upon anyone. Please stop being narrow-minded. And also, why the heck would you be looking or caring about other apts people have moved out of? People like you have nothing to worry about in life, so they criticize others to pass the time. Please get a different hobby and try to be more productive. Stop taking your luxuries for granted and use your time wisely. I only wish my concerns were regarding vacant apts. that I have nothing to do with. My concerns involve how I am going to make a positive effort to recover my losses (home..and everything I owned) As for any other previous LA residents, I wish you all the best. Keep working towards a positive outcome and you will receive a better return.

Folks above, it's obviously not YOU he is directing write-up to. They would not be on here looking to read about the apartment or post a response. Even you would have to admit there has been some pretty bad folks move in and they could care less how they tear things up.

I'm a native TEXAN, white as the paper on your desk. I'm Irish and I think that you're WRONG! I've been there and actually the so called "New Orleans People" where just about the best residents there. I am about to go help in the efforts to re-build New Orleans and I hope that when I get back to Texas you Texans who wrote this bull ---- have grown up and become neighborly. Jerk. I'm ashamed that you are from Texas. F***ing Pr*ck!
