I have only lived here a few months, but in the time I have been here I haven't had any problems that were not taken care of. After I read the reviews listed, I was shocked and worried. I already put money down for my apt so I decided to just go ahead and move in. So far, so good. And as far as the pools go, there are people swimming on weekends and they look pretty blue to me. I guess I was expecting the worst after reading some of the other reviews.It has been comfortable for me so far and I love the location. The only problem I have had was my garbage disposal. It took about a week to get fixed, but it got taken care of. One thing I did like was they gave me a month free for getting my buddy to move in. Nothing like free money! I had never heard of that much off for sending a friend. I didn't actually believe it until I didn't pay my 3rd month and I called to check my balance. Sounded too good to be true, especially with all the reviews about management not returning a deposit even.
