One never belives that there really are slum lords....and here we are 2006 and it still happens to this day. Run away, it will happen to you, something will go wrong in your apartment and it will not be repaired, noise, crime and mildew. Just do not move in. If you are here suffering with us. Here are Texas rights - Be informed and fight back!
