Forest Cove Apartments

The Maintenance is not the problem!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The maintenance can only do what they are giving the money to do!!!! The owner of the apartments is a cheap man!!!!! He does not give them the money to fix anything and I can speak from expierance because my husband worked form them two months. He did not get paid what they agreed on and we was supose to get 20% taken off our rent. They did not take anything off rent and they said they would pay him $13.00 an hour. They only paid him $10.00 an hour and shorted him on his overtime!!!!! This place SUCKS!!!!
