Nice architechture! But terrible actual living conditions! From: riptide69 Date posted: 1/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Finally out of there! was on 3rd floor and never got to use my dryer b/c their electrical panel breaker thing kept flipping everytime I tried to dry anything! I had to use the frekin laundry place around the corner by village seafood pizza. I was locked into a 2 year lease from 2004 like 10 managers ago and let me tell--this place sucks so bad you can't even imagine by reading these reviews! Good luck getting anything electrical fixed because that would probably require an electrician and there is not one on staff to and I am told over and over by the office people that the company just is not able to provide this kind of service due to lack of funding from owner' And one of them even said, "hey, but you got a good deal on your rent when you signed yor lease right'" Also, in every instance I complained they gave me additional money off my upcoming rent in leui of actually fixing my problem. I feel sorry for the staff who have come and gone, because I'm sure they are not taken care of either. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
