These apartments use to be a pretty good until this new lady Ruben got over here. She is not professional at all! She makes things so difficult for the people that live out here. You shouldnt make the residents feel uncomfortable they should feel like they can come to talk to you when they need to talk, especially when it has something to do with the safety of the neighborhood.
