Me and my Bf had this place for a year, we were asked if we wanted to renew our lease, we said no, they charged us for a month after we moved out!!! Even when we asked them was everything ok they said we were free to go and when we tried to get a new place we find out we can't because of this! When we called them back their response was we have to many occupants to keep up with, DO YOUR JOB!!! And about the apartment, there was mold in the closet, there was only one closet door when there was supposed to be 2, our screen door always came off, there were chipped tiles in the kitchen. The only thing i give them is that the floor plan was good and the parking was good but the managment all i have to say is Karma is a .....!

I know when we told them that we did not want to re-new they said okay and when we left they did not charge us or anything like that.

There are various agencies that have very low cost assistance available to Texas tenants whose rights have been violated. http://houstontenants.org/
