Management is not the problem From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have been there since 2005 and have since seen management changed over 3 times. I personally have not had any major problems with the staff, but from what I understand the same cannot be said for the owner and staff. They are severely underfunded, but I can assure you that they try their best to resolve every problem. Besides, where else in SEABROOK can you find rent as cheap or cheaper'
