Hi Folks! Unfortunately, I made the terrible mistake of moving to a "proudly managed by MBS" Forest Cove Apartment. It has been the biggest mistake of my life. Starting from the first day that I moved in, my AC didn't work. I was pregnant, and it was summertime. They would come look at the AC from time to time, but they never actually fixed it. This led to MOLD and MILDEW. This problem lasted for 1 1/2 years! I still have AC issues to this day. After my first year at Forest Cove, I wanted out. However, Management PROMISED, swore up and down they would have the issues with my apartment fixed, and if they didn't they promised us a new apartment. (This never happened.) Due to my naive faith in people, I resigned. Then, five months ago, roaches started appearing in my apartment. I sprayed, I fogged, they stayed. Forest Cove MGMT. has done little to help the issue. I have been trying to get out of my lease for awhile now, and they refuse to let me out. Other residents here have similar problems. Please, don't get caught in this... STAY OUT OF MBS APARTMENTS. SAVE YOURSELF, It's too late for me.

If they haven't fixed the problems then by law you do not have a lease
