I lived there for two years. I moved in because of a special and I needed a bigger apartment. The apartment they wanted me to move into had been flooded and smelled musty, and had wet carpet. The apartment I moved into the dishwasher has never worked, the stove is still broken, the air conditioner leaks, and the smoke detectors don't work. Right after I moved in one whole building burned down, and the water was shut off because they didn't pay and owed over $15,000. They have changed managers five times in two years, and will come in and take your belongings if you are one day late on rent. The empty apartments next to mine were flooded by children (they don't lock the doors on vacant ones) and are still moldy and still leak somewhere. It might be an affordable place but I do not recommend them to anybody. I only have about four days to go until my new place is ready then I am gone and I will never look back.
