I have been a resident since 2002 and have had an overall positive experience. The most major problem was fixing my a/c during the summer of 2007 when the maintenance person tried repeatedly to fix it. It took a while to assess the problem, but it was finally repaired. Otherwise, I have enjoyed living here and think the grounds are very pretty. The current office personnel are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I love my apartment!

This is not written by a true resident. Anyone that has truly lived at this complex since 2002 has been through pure HELL since MBS tookover. Everything from "Squatters, vandalism, water cutoffs (twice), a/c condensing units being stolen, interiors of the apts being cannabalized for parts, parade after parade of new office and maintenance people, undesirable tenants moving in, collaped brick wall on building, brick wall on building bashed in by car that did stop completely in parking, filthy pools, fire marshall visits and for major electrical issues with at least two buildings, trash dumpsters removed from the premises for non-payment, major water intrusion and mold issues and soooo much more. Anyone choosing to live here just is desperate and can't get in anywhere else because they owe money to another apt. complex or they have criminal history. So sad because in the 90's this place was beautiful and so well taken care of! The new owners that purchased it in 2003 or 2004 just stopped maintaining it and it is now in dire need of a new owner that will clean it up!

I just moved from there and I agree with retiredearly it is horrible. You are one out of a hundred that didn't have the problems the rest of us did

I am NOT part of management! I live here in an apartment for which I pay rent. If you choose not to believe that then that is your problem. The apartment complex now has new owners and the Greystar management is doing an outstanding job. Repairs are being made and the entire complex has been prepped for painting. For someone to continue to disbelieve must mean you haven't been here to see for yourself.
